Of all the so-called “lawfare” being corruptly thrown at Donald Trump… breathtakingly transparent as election interference…the New York civil fraud case most recently making headlines has to be the most patently absurd.
Although the others are no doubt competitively in the mix on the absurdity scale.
An Attorney General…Letitia James…who was elected in 2018 on her platform of “GETTING TRUMP!” She’s on video, ad nauseam, actually saying that. Over and over and over again.
Completely illegal, by the way, are selective prosecutions. Why this corrupt, fat-ass Trump-hater hasn’t been disbarred, sanctioned, and/or thrown into f*cking jail is beyond me.
An equally far left progressive Trump-hating hack of a judge, who didn’t allow a jury, but unilaterally declared Trump liable of defrauding banks to obtain better loan terms eons ago. Then a kangaroo court to determine “damages.”
Damages, mind you, that didn’t amount to a single cent…so said the banks under oath, who not only made shit tons of money making loans to the Trump Organization…but were jonesing to make more.
Oh yeah, forgot…this civil, not criminal, prosecution, was brought under a completely misapplied CONSUMER FRAUD statute…apparently one in which specific “damages” DO NOT need to be shown.

Fast forward a bit, and this corrupt weasel Judge says that Trump needs to come up with the entire concocted judgement…OVER A HALF BILLION DOLLARS.
JUST. TO. EFFING. APPEAL.
Like me scoring a date with Ivanka Trump, an impossible endeavor. No bonding company ever heard of such a thing, nor would entertain it. And most of Trump’s wealth is in the form of real estate. They were, in fact, trying to force Trump to sell his beloved properties.

That’s like a guy getting convicted of murder, and they tell him he can appeal his death penalty conviction, but they have to carry out the sentence first. Um…wait, what?
Ultimately, a NY Appeals Court stepped in to lower that insane half-billion, to $175 million…which Trump just posted. But CLEARLY, still a gross violation of the 8th amendment to the Constitution, which expressly prohibits excessive bail, excessive fines, or cruel and unusual punishments.
Famed Constitutional scholar…and self-described Democrat…Jonathon Turley, wasn’t impressed…
“The problem of course,” said Turley, “is that the penalty in this case should have been a dollar, because no one lost a dollar. The people that were the supposed victims, these companies, these banks, wanted more business from Trump.”
Another famed constitutional scholar and lifelong Democrat, Alan Dershowitz, has described this corrupt pile of political excrement as “the most contrived, made-up crime I’ve seen,” and called it the greatest abuse of prosecutorial discretion that he has seen in 60 years of practicing law.
Even Kevin O’Leary, famed investor, entrepreneur, and Shark Tank regular happily joined the bash fest…
“This is an attack on America, and I don’t know how you can look at it any other way…and I know plenty of investors who are completely disturbed by this. Where are the adults in this crazy narrative?…This is the United States of America under siege.”
So, as droves of investors, entrepreneurs, and businesses are not walking…but sprinting away from New York like Jesse Owens in the 1936 Olympics, Governor Kathy Hochul, a wacky broad in her own right, whose hideous looking makeup looks like it was applied by a first semester embalming student, comes out and basically says…Don’t worry, we’d never go after anyone like this, unless your name is Trump.

An attempt on Trump’s life by The State…not some random lone wolf loser…and particularly if successful…would be something that would likely irreparably divide and destroy this country.
