Actually, GDP growth in the quarter in which you were “elected” was about 4.0%. And in the 1st Qtr of 2021 when you were inaugurated, GDP growth was about 6.5%.
Numbers definitely goosed a bit by a recovering, post-pandemic economy…but this “on the brink” shit is complete nonsensical fiction.

No Joe, about 10 million of those jobs were simply jobs that came back as we recovered from the massive job losses associated with the pandemic. We’re currently roughly 5 million jobs over the pre-pandemic levels in 2019….tepid growth at best by any legitimate standard.

Wrong again, President Dipshit. In the pre-Covid year of 2019, the budget deficit was about $900 billion. If you want an apples & apples comparison, you must compare that against 2023, when the trillions in Covid spending…which on a short-term basis grossly inflated the deficit…had largely ended.
The 2023 deficit was $1.7 trillion…almost double that of 2019. DOUBLE!!! DOUBLE, JOE!!!
